Hi, I’m Grace.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH61648911) in the state of Washington. I graduated from Seattle Pacific University with an MS in Marriage + Family Therapy.

I believe vocation is “where the world’s deep hunger, and your deep gladness meet,” (Fredrick Beuchner) and therapy is where I have found mine. Having the privilege of holding the most tender parts of people’s stories is where I find utmost purpose. I believe that through meaningful connection, and guidance in accessing our bodies’ inner wisdom, deep and lasting healing can take place.

In My Work

I most highly prioritize safe connection in relationship with my clients. I believe we must co-create a space of safety and trust in order to open the door to the challenging work that therapy often demands. I believe that my clients already hold within themselves what they need to find more wholeness and I see my role as guiding my clients into accessing a deeper sense of their most authentic selves. I consider it the deepest honor to hold this safe space for each of my clients in order to continue journeying alongside them in their own becoming.

I am a passionate advocate of women’s health and find it deeply life-giving to work with women who are in pursuit of discovering their own power. I am devoted to the work of embodiment and believe that our bodies are the wisest part of us. I incorporate mind-body connection practices in order to guide my clients in listening to the wisdom of their bodies and being able to trust what and how their bodies are speaking.

Personally:

I am a mother, partner, sister, and daughter, which are all parts of me that influence my work as a therapist. When I am not working, I can be found playing outside with my son and our dog, sharing a delicious meal cooked by my incredibly kind husband, or having a family dance party in the kitchen.
